Salespie (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital agency and technology solutions provider based in Jersey. We deliver consultancy, development, and automation services to help businesses operate more efficiently.

  • HubSpot – Customer Relationship Management
  • WordPress – Where we manage and host our website.
  • MailerLite / MailerSend – email marketing and transactional emails
  • N8N – automation workflows
  • QuickBooks – invoicing and accounting
  • Google / Facebook – analytics and digital marketing tools

Each processor operates under GDPR-equivalent terms and only processes data under our instructions.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use CookieYes to:

  • Block non-essential cookies until consent is given
  • Maintain a cookie declaration and consent log
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws
  • You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through our cookie banner.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Client project files and communications: up to 6 years after completion, unless otherwise agreed
  • Invoicing and financial records: 6 years (to comply with legal obligations)
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent
  • Website analytics: anonymised or deleted after 26 months

9. Your data protection rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your data
  • Ask us to correct, limit, or delete your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or cookies
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Request data portability to another provider
